Sent to Northamptonshire Highways less than a minute later. ref: 4428681.

This area has been reported many times and one stated work to be done to fix it. that update has completely vanished now, so not sure what is happening here

The surface is broken up, previous fixes are lifting or have lifted and ne holes appeared
