Holes in parking area for Welland Vale shops

Sent to Northamptonshire Highways less than a minute later. ref: 4434280.

Holes in the road with rubble coming out of them in the parking spaces outside Welland Vale shop. Lots of disabled people use this and concerned that someone will get hurt. Also causing flooding when raining.
