I have a problem with this car blocking the pavement on Bowland Drive. The owner of the vehicle resides at No.1 Ashdown Close. I have witnessed children walking to school having to pass the vehicle in the road.Narrowly missing a collision with moving vehicles. An accident waiting to happen ,death or serious injury.
