Sent to Northamptonshire Highways less than a minute later. ref: 4439838.

Email received at the CSC as follows :- the lamppost at the end of my back garden on the pathway to the pocket park on rushton road/dunkirk avenue has stopped working.. the bulb presumably requires replacing. people also use this pathway which runs alongside my property to walk to broadlands. please can you fix this.
