Poorly repaired pothole

Permanent repair(?) carried out today on a previously reported and temporarily fixed pot hole. The repair carried out is appalling and does not take into account the equally appalling road surface around it which will no doubt result in the fixed pot hole disintegrating within a short space of time and require another fix. The edges of the current fix have not been sealed and will break away as soon as heavy traffic drives over the surface
