From joining Shakespeare Way from Rowlett road there are pot holes on turning in, then general suface degradation to the enite length of the road. The surface is a multitude of patches o upong patches. There is a huge pot hole just prior to the speed bump and this is likely to cause damage to unwary drivers. The hole is approzimately two feet in length and is very deep. Previous patching is crumbling and will come lose very soon.
