Potholes on road and turning circle used by bishop students and mosque

These potholes have been growing but I thought they’d be fixed when headlands was done but they haven’t. One of them is over 50cm wide and constantly bringing up small boulders into the road. I live here but this road (and turning circle which people do 3 point turns in) is constantly used by the students and parents of students at bishop stopford for collection as well as the many people who use the mosque on headlands and as such is risking damage to a lot of peoples cars as well as getting worse and worse from all the use
