Reporting this again........still blocked. See pics, they are full. Your report used the excuse of 'possible capacity issue'. Agreed there is a capacity issue.....when it rains they fill up - because they are blocked.

Investigation: Completed (Defect Found), Defect Repair: Not Started - We can confirm that we have a work order to investigate, clean and test the gully. This should be completed within six months’ time. Please be assured that you will receive an update once repairs are concluded. We usually find these defects are tended to within 13 weeks.
