Lots of new potholes developing

Sent to Northamptonshire Highways less than a minute later. ref: 4529934.

Collingwood Avenue (particularly past Duckworth Avenue) turns in to a patchwork quilt of ugly new potholes, existing, previously repaired holes now bursting opening. The entire stretch of road is awful and carries on turning left in to Howe Crescent with this ugly, inconsistent, bumpy and hole ridden appearance. Can this stretch please be considered for a resurface. It has been repaired so many times it is just a wasted exercise in weeks. If a road can look ugly it is certainly this stretch and unfair to us residents. Thank you.

  • Investigation: Completed (Defect Found), Defect Repair: Not Started - We can confirm we will be carrying out repairs here within 28 days to repair any defects that meet criteria. Unfortunately, this will not be resurfacing. We do appreciate that is would benefit from this, but this is not something we are looking at doing to this section of the road this financial year.
