Residents on Cottesmore Avenue (NN15 6QU) House numbers: 40,48,43,28,20 & 16 have all placed wooden stakes into the grass verge outside their property, this is unlawful under the Highways Act. 1980 S149 “Removal of things so deposited on highways as to be a nuisance”. This also includes notices that you are also being watched on CCTV on their stakes, some of the houses are repeated offenders with placement of obstructions.
