GW2 overgrown, obstructed, impossible to find route of public footpath

Since the A509 upgrade work north of Isham public footpath GW2 has not been reinstated or signposted. We walked that way from Pytchley on Monday and it was impossible to see the route of the footpath and once we eventually reached the A509 there was no way to tell if we were in the right place. We had to struggle through long grass and climb and embankment to get to the road. The attached screenshot shows the section of the footpath in question, highlighted in blue. I have flagged up this matter previously and you closed the case but this right of way needs reopening as soon as possible please.
