Investigation: Ongoing - We have determined that this is vegetation from a growing from a private property. We will contact the landowner to cut back. These issues can take up to four months to resolve.

Investigation: Completed (Defect Found), Defect Repair: Not Started - Regarding the vegetation, we can confirm that a works order has been raised to cut back this vegetation from the footway. This should be completed within six months’ time. Please be assured that you will receive an update once repairs are concluded. We usually find these defects are tended to within 13 weeks.
