Pothole where the road is single lane - again

Sent to Northamptonshire Highways less than a minute later. ref: 4540113.

As soon as the last pot hole was filled in another was appearing and now growing in size, this is located on Highfield Road between Roughton Close and Barnes Close, at the point we’re cars at cut to a single lane. Large cars are unable to avoid the pot hole so it’s starting to increase in size, buses and coaches use this road regularly for school children so it needs regular attention please.

  • Investigation: Completed (Defect Found), Defect Repair: Not Started - Regarding this section of Highfield Road, we can confirm that the carriageway defects that meet the investigatory level for repairs, have work scheduled to resolve them. This should be completed within a months’ time. Please be assured that you will receive an update once repairs are concluded.
