Further information, it is an overhanging shrub onto a footpath in LH. The root is on private land however it hangs over by 3 plus foot. It’s up the Furnace Lane end of the village where there is no footpath opposite so it’s not even possible to cross the road to avoid it. It is very difficult getting a wheelchair or pushchair through without going onto the road or ducking under the shrub. And if a car is parked there it’s almost impossible.
