Kerb stone placed on pavement

Sent to Northamptonshire Highways less than a minute later. ref: 4546103.

One kerb stone has been removed and placed on pavement with a cage around where it has been removed. This has been like this for 2 months. When is the kerb going to be placed back in it's proper position or works done to rectify the issue.
