  • I have contacted highways On 18th April regarding potholes in Corby, constantly reporting this. The potholes have damaged my car and not on one road but majority of roads used to take my son to school, these roads are shocking and some of the potholes are so deep you DO not know you how deep until your car I’m in one, And some you have to drive in to avoid a collision, have the emails sent to highways I’m April and may and still my car is subjected to broken ramps and further damages which I should not have pay for this damages nor do I have the money to fix constantly, these deep pothole and damaged ramps and snapped the clips on bumper and scratched all the underneath of my car, the roads in which I reported back in April that I took to take my son were Shakespeare way Studfall avenue George street EliZabeth street Oakley road The jamb With further potholes on welland vale and Rockingham road, these roads I use daily for the school run and to look after my ill mother so I need my car to do this. I have the emails sent and the photos of my car that day I emailed and since then, I am sure there are many others with this problem and you will be inundated but that is not my fault nor are the roads and I should not have to pay for car to be fixed when I pay road tax nor should I have to use my ins and claim for Corby council roads.
