Overgrown footpath

Sent to Northamptonshire Highways less than a minute later. ref: 4548105.
Footpath overgrown with stinging nettles, brambles and very tall grass. Every year it is a problem and generally cut back once! Please could you clarify if local residents can cut this back and also advise who the owner of the land is, prev owner at 1 hunter rise have sold this strip of land in last few months, so we do not know who to approach to advise of its overgrown state.

Investigation: Completed (Defect Found), Defect Repair: Not Started - We can confirm that generally, North Northamptonshire Highways would be responsible for the clearance of naturally occurring vegetation, such as weeds and grass etc. Minor clearance have been programmed for this location to be undertaken within the next 28 days. A land registry search will need to be carried out to ascertain land owner details.
