About march time i reported pot holes outside our house 30 east ave kettering nn15 7ad between number 28 and 30 and 32 there are too many to photograph nothing has been done . previously i have reported through the street doctor but all i get is "his area is not under the responsibility of highways and therefor we are unable to accept reports in this area/street ". this is possibly why we never get them repaired, they cause damage to our car when stones hit it.
