Falling onto car and property - tree needs maintenance to remove dead branches. School route and on junction so flying branches is dangerous

Investigation: Completed (Defect Found), Defect Repair: Not Started - We can confirm that a job will be raised to remove the dead wood from tree and this should be done within six months. You will receive an update when this has been completed.

If it may take up to 6 months the safety of children walking to school and damages to my car and property doesn’t seam to be very high on your priorities it’s an accident waiting to happen

More large branches on my wife’s car this is the last chance then I will be making a claim for scratches on my car this is a joke I see numbers of hedges and trees in the country being pruned to make them look pretty but a dangerous tree then you do nothing about it

Investigation: Completed (Defect Found), Defect Repair: Not Started - Highways are sorry to hear about the damage that was done to your daughter's car, for an insurance claim please contact the insurance team at West Northamptonshire Council. As stated previously an inspector has been sent to the area and the problem will be resolved on/by November 16th 2023
