Hedge/bush is hugely overgrown

Sent to Northamptonshire Highways less than a minute later. ref: 4573384.

It has not been pruned it possibly a year. So overgrown that it makes footpath thin and has become dangerous for pedestrians using foot bath because we can’t see around the bend for oncoming pedestrians or cars.
