Overgrown trees
Reported via mobile in the Restricted Visibility / Overgrown / Overhanging category anonymously at 13:57, Friday 19 May 2023
Sent to Northamptonshire Highways less than a minute later. ref: 4574038.
Following on from last years report the trees are still overgrown and hanging over the road.No effort has been made to trim the branches back from the road. Has reduced the width of the passing place making vehicles drive into the overhanging branches when meeting on coming vehicles. The branches also reduce the visibility up the road. The branches are causing larger vehicles to ride on the opposing grass verge to clear the branches causing damage to the verge. Also branches are causing damage to larger vehicles and agricultural machines who have to drive in the overhanging branches due to the narrow road.
