Raised Kerb

Sent to Northamptonshire Highways less than a minute later. ref: 4574081.
For reasons unknown this Kerb started a few weeks ago as loose but it has raised up quite a bit and becoming a danger to going on and off the drive as well as pedestrians. We always get articulated lorries reversing in the junction opposite they come over the pavement with the cabs and wheels constantly leaving tyre marks on occasions. It is outside 214 & 216
