Concrete slab situated on the Chapel Street

We have recently moved into Chapel Street and are concerned about this problem. The slab is approx. 1 metre in length and is sited opposite my house (19 Chapel Street). I do not have the luxury of off-road parking, therefore my family's cars have to park on the road opposite this slab. Passing vehicles (including large refuse lorries and large delivery trucks for the air-conditioning business situated in the building behind the slab), regularly use this road and naturally try to avoid driving over the slab, thereby causing an extreme risk of clipping and damaging our cars. The road is particularly narrow at this point which obviously heightens the risk of collision. Can you please arrange for the slab to be lifted and removed and the resulting dip in the road to be filled with tarmac? This is not a major job, but it would help relieve us all enormously if you can get it seen to. Thank you very much for giving this matter your attention.

These works will be undertaken within the next 6 months. On most occasions we are repairing defects of this nature sooner than this target date, however please do not hesitate to contact us should the defects worsen so that our team can carry out a further assessment, attaching a photograph if possible and safe to do so.
