Damage to all speed humps

Good evening.
All speed humps in the high street are damaged. In my car, it's like hitting kerbs now. All of them have some form of hole in them - one of them has what can only be described as a trench in front of it so you have that to dive into and then right after that a speed hump. It's getting to the point now where traffic is actually now coming at the humps on the wrong side of the road because its the better way to get onto them without smashing your suspension - whilst this is not illegal to do if done safely - it's pretty stupid people are having to do this don't you think?
The roads here have been neglected for years now and it needs to be addressed please. These speed humps should either be maintained or removed.
Many thanks

Unfortunately, the speed humps here still have had no attention. Anything you can do to chase this would be appreciated.

Still open, via questionnaire -
Whilst most of these have had some form of repair, there is still one where there is a trench in front of it and also the speed hump after that is still on poor condition. This still needs attention as people are still avoiding this on the wrong side of the road as it’s going to damage suspension at some point.
