Blocked drain on alleyway at 32 Highfield Rd

Sent to Northamptonshire Highways less than a minute later. ref: 4600221.

Phoned through to Highways for advice. The drain is not the one highlighted but on the alleyway outside 32 Highfield Rd (see picture). Drain is blocked and Anglian water have been out and said it's not one of theirs. Can this be looked into.
