Too much overgrowth blocking path

Wellingborough road between Wellingborough and Finedon is meant to be both a cycle path and a path for walking. This morning I saw that not only is the path itself really uneven but that the growth of the tree, shrubs and grass etc makes it impossible for both cyclists and walkers to use the path. The uneven surface also makes for many trip hazards and an uncomfortable bike ride which then means people use the busy road.
