Sent to Northamptonshire Highways less than a minute later. ref: 4613081.
Drain opposite number 216 Harborough Road is blocked. Full to the top with mud and silt, preventing any rainwater from escaping. With no other gullys for a good duration downwards of this one, it presents a flood hazard.
