Four trees overhanging from grass verge.
Sent to Northamptonshire Highways less than a minute later. ref: 4614033.
Outside No13 North End there are four very large trees on the verge ( we were only able to pick one on the map). They are not just hanging over No13 but also brushing the front of the house, the windows, the guttering and the roof tiles. There is also the fact that the front of the house is in permanent darkness.This is a grade two listed property and whoever is responsible it need sorting out quickly. No luck so far when it comes to NNCC, please advise best course of action. Thankyou.

Investigation: Ongoing - We have requested a quotation from our vegetation contractors to cut these trees back and will update the report with a works date when we get it.

Investigation: Completed (Defect Found), Defect Repair: Not Started - Regarding the vegetation, we can confirm that a works order has been raised to cut back this vegetation. This should be completed within six months’ time. Please be assured that you will receive an update once repairs are concluded. We usually find these defects are tended to within 13 weeks.

We understand the trees are going to be cut back within the next three months. We hope this problem will be resolved then.

The trees are now so overgrown, they are touching the brickwork, gutters and roof. If there is anything you can do help rectify this problem we would be grateful. We have not been contacted by anyone about this issue. Thank you.
