Loose/Broken drain cover making a loud noise when driven over

Sent to Northamptonshire Highways less than a minute later. ref: 4616092.

This drain cover has been making a loud noise when driven over for a while, I am concerned it is loose or damaged. I have already logged this with Anglian Water who have been out and advised this is a highways drain (Anglian ref: 23748474). The drain is in the driving line on the road. From the West Haddon Road turn on to Church Lane and the drain is before the first property you reach on the right.
