THE GRASS CUTTERS HAVE BEEN OUT& CUT THE GRASS AT THE TOP OF THE ROAD & LEFT THE HIGH VEGETATION BY THE HOUSES ON BILLING BROOK RD (BIRDS HILL WALK).NETTLES ECT ARE COVERING THE PATH MAKING IT DIFFICULT FOR PEOPLE IN THEIR MOBILITY SCOOTERS TO USE THE FOOTPATH ECT.MORE PICTURES CAN BE FOUND ON MY FACEBOOK PAGE TONY FRANKS OAP.ALSO HERE IS YOUR REF NUMBER 4603888 THANK YOU.ps HIGHWAYS GAVE ME THIS WEBSITE & IT SEEMS TO HAVE COME UP WITH THE SAME SITE AS THEIRS.
