Sent to Northamptonshire Highways less than a minute later. ref: 4618157.

You have closed this, stating works were completed at 22:57 31/05/2023. There is no sign of you having done anything The drain was NOT touched, you can still see debris & cobwebs inside Did you install a NEW GULLY POT at the wrong drain? I provided photos and explained it was opposite my drive. There is only ONE drain cover there

  • Why 6 months? You already said 6 months to do the work, and then after 6 months stated it had been done. It was NOT This should now be done IMMEDIATELY

    You have not followed up on this despite the original case being falsely declared as closed. We have just had rain half an hour ago, and look what has happened. WHEN ARE YOU GOING TO ACTUALLY DO ANYTHING ABOUT THIS?
