Delivery vehicle parked on the pavement on 25th May 2023 and sank into it.

The issue was reported to the company who contracted the haulier to make the delivery, their reply was:

I have had the following response from the haulage company.

"I have checked this with my Director and unfortunately, this isn’t something we would cover – this would be a council issue.

There is no way of knowing if this path was like this prior to the delivery made by the haulier.

I think the next best step to take with this is to report the issue to the local council with reference to the company that delivered".
