Tree limb hanging free over path

Sent to Northamptonshire Highways less than a minute later. ref: 4622003.

A large tree limb has broken off, fallen down caught on a branch and is pivoting in the wind. The limb is about 10 foot long and could land on the path when it falls. It has been as the picture for 4 days now, Location as pin drop at the top end of cemetery over the path on Irthlingborough Road
