Rytons nearly 20 years ago Rytons had to take Kettering Brough Council to court over these trees, all apart from these two in discussion where removed a very large bill for subsidence which council had to pay. We had a agreement from Arboricultural report which I have got a copy of was that the two remaining trees would not be allowed any growth and this has not been maintined and you are now in breach, please sort or cut down compeltely ASAP. Any questions please let me know. Anthony Irwin
