Street lighting blocked by tree branch foliage

Overhanging Tree branches / foliage now obscure Streetlight unit at the top of its stanchion. During the night time hours this problem renders the pavement area below (including the pedestrian crossing leading to The Slade) almost completely dark. This is dangerous and puts pedestrians in the face of numerous types of danger.
