  • Investigation: Completed (Defect Found) - We have conducted a site visit and can confirm that there are no immediate safety concerns relating to this issue that warrant further action at this time. As the vegetation is not causing a safety issue with the highway user, no further action will be taken. To expedite this matter further, we kindly advise that you would need to contact your household insurer, as we don’t undertake survey works to discount interference from a highway asset such as a tree. Should your insurers wish to contact our insurers, this can be done via any claim against West Northamptonshire Highways for damages as a potential result of this issue. An insurance claim form can be requested via highwaysinsurance@northnorthants.gov.uk.
