Tree in roadside interfering with telephone wire

A tree growing outside of the boundaries to walnut house and Stonehaven had grown to a height that is interfering with the telephone wore. It needs to be pruned and maintained or removed. The tree has been unmaintained by the council and had grown note creating a danger to breaking the wires and therefore our access to phone and Internet
