Sent to Northamptonshire Highways less than a minute later. ref: 4633815.

I have reported this as urgent by phone over a week ago and have reported via 'fixmystreet'

My case has been closed yet the works are not due to be carried out for another 7 days. Who do we contact in the event of a collision due to poor visibility, please?
