Very very overgrown hedge

Sent to Northamptonshire Highways less than a minute later. ref: 4633926.

Very overgrown hedge even when they do cut it back it still over hangs the public foot path it needs to be done properly to there boundary so you cyan walk past safety I’ve visually impaired so I have to have someone walk beside me but there I can’t.
