Sent to Northamptonshire Highways less than a minute later. ref: 4633944.
Whole area is unsafe unstable with open drain with a bit of board over it . To get to tarmac walkway you have to go over unstable ground it’s not been repaired . Personally I have major problems with my mobility scooter and walk with sticks . There are mobile railings left in the way and this has been going on for months ! Always thought it would be properly tarmacked but NO ! Left unsafe . I would have taken more photos but it would not allow on app .
Thank you for reporting a fault. Officers will now investigate the concerns and this may take up to 5 working days. If you believe that your concerns are urgent then please phone us.

Investigation: Ongoing - Unfortunately, Highways believe the area mentioned is the responsibility of a private house builder, however a community steward will take a look at it tomorrow and will be able to confirm or deny this. We will update you further with more information when we have it.

Can you please update on this complaint the path and verge is unsafe and also have discovered a drain cover that was apparently covered in aggregate to possibly cover it up . Cannot believe this has not been repaired and the temporary covers are dangerous too . We have no street lighting down then and it’s not safe
