• The hole is bigger than first reported when moving back into the left lane this has caused damage to my passenger side rear tyre/alloy

• I claimed against NNC, but they have rejected it due to them identifying the issue long ago. But still cars are being damaged, and still it isn’t classed as a priority or emergency.
