  • Various site visits have taken place - Highway Regulations Team have no powers over anything that is happening in the front garden of the premises as it is not part of the highway. Any vehicles being parked on the pavement should be reported to the police. No vehicles were parked on the pavement when the site visit took place. If an access was required permission would need to be sought from the planning department.
