Damaged footpath and river bank

Sent to Northamptonshire Highways less than a minute later. ref: 4977809.

The foot path on the green way has been damaged for some time due to Sunday afternoon rain the river has now damaged more of the path and some of the barriers have ended up down the bank

  • This isn't Anglian water, it's got to be damage to a footpath that the council will attend to. Please go out again before something bad happens.

  • Anglian water have confirmed to me that the fencing is owned by NNC and is your responsibility as a highway’s contractor to maintain it to be safe as set in The Highways Act.
