Over grown tree

Sent to Northamptonshire Highways less than a minute later. ref: 4998162.

The roots of this tree have affected the footpath making it difficult for anyone to use. The tree is also very overgrown. The branches now hang low over the path and the road. When vans and some cars go under it it makes contact with vehicle.
