Reported via mobile in the Blocked/Damaged category anonymously at 10:52, Saturday 16 September 2023
Sent to Northamptonshire Highways less than a minute later.
You came out and cleared the drains with a machine.... this was not the issue - the issue is that the road camber has changed and hence the water does not flow to the drain position now - hence there is always mud and standing water in this location making it slippery - the root cause is place a new drain where the standing water is or adjust the block paving that has 'sunk' to make it flow to the existing drain.
Thank you for reporting a fault. Officers will now investigate the concerns and this may take up to 5 working days. If you believe that your concerns are urgent then please phone us.
