Overgrown bushes

Sent to Northamptonshire Highways less than a minute later. ref: 5010388.

The bushes in kenmuir gardens have not been cut for nearly a year. A neighbor has cut the sides which were growing over the footpath. I have reported this before. The bushes are very high and when they have been like this before there have been incidents of people concealing themselves in-between the greenery. This makes me nervous. I can't get through to cut the top hedge in my garden.
