Wooden unsecured seat blown over on pathway

Sent to Northamptonshire Highways less than a minute later. ref: 5010542.

Top of Croyland Road bordering Dale End. Seat on the pathway blown over by the wind. We lodged under rail to prevent being blown onto the road. Last time we had a strong wind it was blown into the road and we did the same. Needs to be secured to the ground
