Pothole with sharp edges that have ripped a tyre

Sent to Northamptonshire Highways less than a minute later. ref: 5022028.

This pothole does not satisfy the depth criteria however the sharp edges have ripped a tyre and is dangerous. What 3 words location is fenced.pampered.baths. The council has, so far, failed to action this repair.
