Plum Park Lane covered in significant pot holes

Sent to Northamptonshire Highways less than a minute later. ref: 5022145.

Road surface is degrading and breaking away at several points along the lane leading to a number of deep and wide pot holes . The general condition of the road is terrible and is a safety hazard. I have reported this matter every times but only minor / temporary repairs have been undertaken which have not lasted.
