  • Investigation: Completed (No Action Necessary) - Unfortunately, there is nothing we can do from a traffic enforcement end due to the vehicle being off road and there being no restrictions. I would suggest passing this over to the police to deal with as an obstruction (either via 101 or online form). Alternatively, this might be worth passing over to Waste (waste@northnorthants.gov.uk) to treat this vehicle as an abandoned vehicle.. Reported to the police via email force.control@northants.pnn.police.uk - Response from police - We would not have any powers to remove this vehicle as it is not causing an obstruction to a highway and is off road.
